Hello there.

I believe it is courageous to seek help for whatever you may be experiencing, and I want to emphasize that you have a choice when picking a therapist. Thank you for taking the time to consider me. I am currently offering telehealth services to individuals who live in California.

If you are someone who feels lost, alone, overwhelmed, or stuck, I am here. If you are someone who wants to explore their sense of self, identity, relationships, or sexual orientation, I am here. If you are someone attempting to enhance your self-compassion and connect to your true self, I am here.

I believe as human beings, we obtain various wounds through interacting with the world and systems of oppression, and we internalize beliefs that can leave us with trauma or pain. And often, we do not have the space to heal and grow from those traumas. We are dynamic and unique, and I believe therapy should also be that. I am here as a therapist to help create a space that allows you to connect or reconnect with yourself to facilitate your growth.

As a human.

I am from the Bay Area, born and raised. I have experienced my own trauma, which led me to want to be a part of others’ trauma healing journeys.

I have a dog named Ody, who I love to hike and camp with. I enjoy taking care of my house plants and garden. I also like to connect to my creative side through pottery, embroidery, and singing.
