I am currently accepting new clients.
I am currently only accepting telehealth clients.
Every therapist is unique and finding a clinician that is a good fit for you is an essential part of your journey. For this reason, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives you a chance to get a sense of who I am, I can learn a bit about you, and we can determine if we are a good fit. If not, I will do my best to support you by providing referrals to other clinicians who might be.

Fee Details
Fee Transparency
The fee is determined based on the area average, my education, licensure, and my training. Payments also go towards continuing education courses, training, licensing board fees, and sliding scale spots. A percentage of my earnings are also donated to local native organizations.
Scaling Scale
Limited sliding scale spots are available for individuals where the fee would be unmanageable and cause additional stress.
Sliding scale spots are reserved for survivors of sexual traumas and individuals in marginalized communities, such as LGBTQ+ and BIPPOC individuals, or counseling psychology students.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. I am solely accepting private pay, which is paying in full at the start or end of the session, through cash, check, or credit card.
I can provide you with a monthly super-bill if you would like to be reimbursed for “out-of-network benefits” by your insurance company. I suggest that you contact your insurance company before attending any therapy sessions to get information on how to seek reimbursement and inquire about your out-of-network benefits for mental health services.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give individuals who do not have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency health care services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
